Simi Valley, CA - July 17, 2014 - Topaz Systems, Inc., a global leader in electronic signature solutions, announced today the release of SigWeb™, a new Browser SDK for the easy integration of signature capture functionality into web applications using the Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer 11+, or Opera browsers under Windows.
“As the newest software SDK supporting the eSign Ecosystem®, SigWeb provides a simple but powerful interface across multiple browsers using the proven, patented Topaz techniques for the capture, binding, and authentication of electronic signatures that our customers know and trust.” said Anthony Zank, President and CEO of Topaz. “By developing and providing SigWeb, we further ensure that customers and developers have a solid migration path that is unaffected by changes affecting NPAPI plug-ins.”
In addition to providing the familiar Topaz “SigString” data seamlessly to the web server, SigWeb can also provide signature images in a portable format to the web server, and supports the HTML5 canvas. The same web page code can be used under Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer 11+, or Opera, and works with all Topaz pads, with no need for a special pad model, thereby increasing the value and versatility of the solution. SigWeb is available for download for use with Topaz signature pads, including the well over a million pads already deployed in the field.
