Remote Usage for HSB Pads
Remote Usage - SigSock For Use With Topaz HSB Pads
SigSock™ is a two-part interface that allows Topaz® HSB® (HID USB) signature pads (pad models ending in HSB-R) to be used in a Citrix or Terminal Server environment.
Essentially, a small client utility is placed on the client computer and run, which collects data from the signature pad as the author signs. From there, the data is sent over to the server (using TCP Ports 47289, 47290, and 47800) where SigPlus® collects it.

Remote Usage With Citrix XenApp - HSB-To-COM For Use with Topaz HSB Pads
The Topaz HSB-to-COM driver (exclusively for use with Citrix XenApp) allows any Topaz HSB (HID USB) signature pad to operate as a BSB® pad (virtual serial via USB) on a Windows PC or Windows-embedded thin client. The driver creates a virtual COM port on the client. With the HSB-to-COM driver, pad users with model numbers ending in “HSB-R” can use their device(s) in Citrix XenApp.
The HSB-to-COM driver should not be installed on the server, only on the Windows client.
