Function: Loads sig data into the control in Ascii Data (VB script) compatible
format. Data is in the form of an Ascii String.
Arguments: String:
SigString String containing the signature data.
Return Value: Void.
Remarks: Used to place .SIG data in the control as a property rather than as a
method. The data format is Memo Field, ASCII, and unicode
compatible.
