Which SDK should I use?
SigPlus Digital Handwritten Signature
- For capturing handwritten, digital signatures on Topaz pen and tablet hardware, please use the SigPlus SDK system, available as an ActiveX, Java bean, Shared C Library, or .NET assembly:
- SigPlus Pro ActiveX Signature Capture
- SigPlus Pro Java
- SigPlus Pro C++ Library
- SigPlus Pro .NET assembly
- SigPlus Pro TabletPC
SigID and SigIDp Fingerprint Capture
- For capturing fingerprints using Topaz print scanning hardware, please use the SigID or SigIDp ActiveX controls. Pads requiring the SigID control include TFL460 and TFL462. Pads requiring the SigIDp control include TFL463.
SigCard1 MSR Card Data Capture
- For capturing magnetic card data using Topaz MSR card swiping hardware, please use the SigCard1 ActiveX control.
SigCompare Visual Handwritten Signature Verification (requires SigPlus above)
- For instant visual examination and verification of electronic signatures using Topaz's patented Dynamic Pressure™ feature, use the SigCompare ActiveX control. The pen width varies with signature speed, providing visual feedback on the signature's dynamic characteristics for accurate visual verification.
SigPlusLCD Easy-to-use, Interactive LCD Signature pad text/graphics
- For easy LCD pad development, complete with signature line and interactive "OK" and "CLEAR" virtual LCD buttons, use the SigPlusLCD ActiveX control.
SigTool1 Adobe Acrobat Signature Placement
- For integrating Topaz signature images into PDF documents, use the SigTool1 ActiveX control (currently work with Acrobe 5.0 only...also requires PDF contains a named signature field, and that the PDf in which the signature is to be placed be currently open during placement.)
SigTrac TracGem/PaperGem Application Builder
- For developing applications using the Topaz TracGem or PaperGem series pads, use the SigTrac ActiveX control
